Meetings at Het Wapen van Harmelen are hosted in a spacious, well-lit conference room with comfortable chairs. The conference room is situated along the building’s quiet back area with a view of the pastures.
Meetings can be hosted for 2 to 100 individuals. The conference room is fitted with a beamer, projection screen, flip chart, etc.
We can provide any manner of seating arrangements (u-shape, conference, theatre, other).
Availability
The conference room is available from Monday to Sunday. Please feel free to contact us to inquire whether the space is available for your selected date.

Accessibility
The Hotel Het Wapen van Harmelen is situated within 15 minutes driving from the heart of Utrecht (the Jaarbeurs). The A2 and A12 are near the hotel for an excellent connection to Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam. Harmelen is situated near the villages of Maarssen, De Meern, Vleuten, Woerden, Nieuwegein and Houten.

Free parking is available in the village.
Public transport
Harmelen (Kalverstraat bus stop) is included on the regional 102 bus route (Utrecht <>Woerden). This runs twice per hour with increased frequency during peak hours (from 8.00 to 9.00 and 17.00 to 18.00).
